Bid documents will be mailed onlyupon receipt of deposit. If paperoption is chosen, checks shallbe made payable to SouthernEngineering Solutions, Inc. Nopaper bid documents will bedistributed later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled openingof bids. The Owner reserves the rightto reject any or all bids and towaive any informalities. Each bidder must submit withhis bid, security in the amount,form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Informationfor Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to submit a100% performance bond and a50% payment bond. All bidders must comply with therequirements of the Contractor'sLicensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for thetype of work for which a proposal is submitted.
