Renovation of a water / sewer project in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Work shall include without limitation, the supply and installation of up to two (2) temporary office trailer complexes at the Fish Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant according to Attachment 3 SOP including the Delivery of all goods associated with this RFP in accordance with the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Incoterm 2010 rule to Fish Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, 15583 Bow Bottom Trail SE, Calgary, AB. The Work shall also include all necessary acts reasonably limited as being required to perform the intent of this RFP or customarily provided by a Seller for similar work, even if not expressly stated herein. Bidders shall provide one or both of the pricing options shown in Attachment 3 which includes either: monthly rental pricing (for an expected overall rental term of 60 months) purchase price Complexes may be new or used. Lead times must be given for all units. Site mobilization is planned for no later than May 2025 so preference will be given to bidders who can deliver within that timeframe but all bidders are welcome to submit pricing even if lead times will exceed the initial expectation. Provide pricing separately as if only one of the specified trailers are selected. If any pricing deduction can be provided by the Seller if both trailers are selected, bidders can choose to provide that information in the Attachment 3 form. The basic trailer sizes to be priced are: Trailer #1: Minimum size: 60' x 96' (8 unit frameless trailer complex) Number of offices 15 One large boardroom One meeting room Bathrooms suitable for office size Janitor room with mop sink Kitchen area inclusive of sink, cabinetry, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher Hardwired CAT5 cables to every office and meeting room. Wires to be run back to a central data room. Built-in propane/natural gas furnaces and central A/C Exterior doors to have conduits run for door security (S&I of door security by Others) Trailer #2: Minimum size: 60' x 132' (11 unit frameless trailer complex) Number of offices: 18 One large boardroom One medium meeting room Two office sized meeting rooms Reception desk area inside double door entry Bathrooms suitable for office size Kitchen area inclusive of sink, cabinetry, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher Two single shower rooms Hardwired CAT5 cables to at least 8 ceiling mounted locations for wireless access points.
