Reference Number 0000286541 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/13 05:00:00 PM EDT This Qualified Suppliers List is established for the purpose of qualifying prospective suppliers and establishing a qualified supplier system for the provision of General Contractor Services - Construction at the University of Toronto Mississauga. The Qualified Supplier shall perform the Work required by the contract documents for the Project as identified in the Second Stage Agreement. For greater certainty, for the purposes of this Schedule "1", the Second Stage Agreement is the CCDC2 Stipulated Price Contract 2020, as modified by the University of Toronto's Supplementary Conditions and any Project Specific Supplementary Conditions. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Qualified Supplier shall: Provide all construction services required by the contract documents to fully execute and complete the Work; and Provide all the supervision, labour, materials, construction machinery, Personnel, equipment, tools, transportation and services to fully perform the Work, as required by the contract documents. The Work as identified in this Agreement shall not be interpreted as limiting the Qualified Supplier's duties, obligations and responsibilities pursuant to the contract documents identified in the Second Stage Agreement. Category Descriptions: This GC VOR shall be awarded by Category. The Categories include: Category A: General Contractor Services, Projects under $5 million (up to fifteen (15) awarded GCs) Projects in this Category A require general contractor services for projects under five million dollars ($5,000,000). General contractor services may be inclusive of any interior or exterior projects on campus. For example - Washrooms, Class rooms, Office space, Meeting spaces, Hallways, Ceiling, Flooring, Windows, Paving, Landscaping, Services, Street lighting, etc. Category B: General Contractor Services, Projects between $5 million and $10 million (up to fifteen (15) awarded GCs) Projects in this Category B require general contractor services for projects between five million ($5,000,000) and ten million dollars ($10,000,000). General contractor services may be inclusive of any interior or exterior projects on campus. For example - Washrooms, Class rooms, Office space, Meeting spaces, Small Structures, Large Renovations, Roadwork, Exterior Cladding, Windows, Paving, Landscaping, Services, etc. Category C: Lab Renovations, Projects under $10 million (up to fifteen (15) awarded GCs) Projects in this Category C require general contractor services to construct laboratories and teaching laboratories; Wet Lab and Dry Lab projects under ten million dollars ($10,000,000). General contractor services may be inclusive of any lab related projects on campus. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date set forth above and, subject to earlier termination as provided for in this Agreement, continue in effect for a term of three (3) years (the "Term"). If the end of the Term does not coincide with the end of the term of any SOW or specific assignment issued no later than three years following the Effective Date (other than due to termination upon notice), then this Agreement shall automatically renew with respect only to the Work to be provided under each such SOW or specific assignment for additional one (1) month periods until such time as the Work under such SOW or specific assignment have been fully performed in accordance with the terms of such SOW or specific assignment and this Agreement.
