Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lyon Mountain, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The proposed project is to include the construction of a new UV Disinfection & Administration Building, modifications and upgrades to the existing Control Building, equipment upgrades in the existing aeration and aerobic digester tanks, replacement of the existing clarifier mechanisms, site improvements, electrical upgrades, demolition of the existing process and plumbing systems, providing an ultraviolet light disinfection system, providing replacement of the existing blower system, providing existing sludge pump upgrades, providing a SCADA control system and associated instrumentation, and miscellaneous improvements. Bids are requested for the following Contracts: General Construction (GC), Mechanical (M), Electrical (E), and Plumbing/Process (P). The Pool Chemical Pricing Sheet is listed on the IonWave bid site under the bid designated for Pool Chemicals and must submitted electronically in the tab section provided. Failure to do so may result in rejection of your BID. 2. Prices quoted on supplying swimming pool chemicals will be firm for a twelve month period with the option to renew for two consecutive one - year periods provided both parties are in agreement. 3. Pricing must remain unchanged during the initial contract term. Any increases during a renewal period must provide proof of increase in commodity and must be agreed upon by both the vendor and the city. 4. Quantities as shown on the proposal sheet are estimates. City of Carrollton reserves the right to increase or decrease these quantities during this agreement upon usage. 5. Chemicals to be delivered and unloaded to one of the addresses listed: Rosemeade Rainforest Aquatics Complex: 1334 East Rosemeade Parkway, Carrollton, 75007 (1-2 times per week) Oak Hills Splashpad: 1225 Royal Palm Lane, Carrollton, 75010 (1 time per week, or every 2 weeks) W.J. Thomas Splash Park: 1955 N. Perry, Carrollton, 75006 (1 time per week, or every 2 weeks) 6. BIDs will be awarded by category. If the City receives incomplete quotes from all vendors on any given category, the City reserves the right to: 1) reject all quotes for this category, 2) award by individual line in this category, or 3) award category by the most complete and responsive quotes. 7. COST TO INCLUDE ALL SHIPPING AND ON-SITE DELIVERY. 8. Purchase orders will be issued on an as needed basis throughout the year. Bulk orders will NOT be placed at once. 9. City of Carrollton reserves the right to require samples on any item prior to the award. 10. M.S.D.S - MUST BE SENT WITH EACH ORDER. 11. ALL ITEMS MUST BE BID BY THE PACKAGING SPECIFIED (I.E. BY THE CASE, BOTTLE, ETC.). FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS CONDITION MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. 12. Equivalent products will be evaluated and possibly accepted if proven equal or better. Vendors responding to this proposal must provide detail product literature on equivalent products and be willing to submit samples if requested. 13. If you choose to submit a response for an alternate product or the specified product packaged in ANY WAY that is different from specified, please attach that separately.
