Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lyon Mountain, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The proposed project is to include the construction of a new UV Disinfection & Administration Building, modifications and upgrades to the existing Control Building, equipment upgrades in the existing aeration and aerobic digester tanks, replacement of the existing clarifier mechanisms, site improvements, electrical upgrades, demolition of the existing process and plumbing systems, providing an ultraviolet light disinfection system, providing replacement of the existing blower system, providing existing sludge pump upgrades, providing a SCADA control system and associated instrumentation, and miscellaneous improvements . Submit all questions to Ryan Oliver, RyanOliver@aesnortheast.com. Utilize the Request for Clarification (RFC) Form in the specifications manual. B. All questions shall be received by February 26 th , 2025. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
