Reference Number 0000375856 May's House Expansion will renovate an existing space to create 21 units of emergency housing. Summary Project Description: The Owner invites bids for renovation of the partial first floor of the Mays House. The work includes the renovation of all wall and ceiling surfaces, selective work on doors, hardware, etc. removal and installation of new lighting fixtures, repair of selective electrical outlets, replace baseboard heating covers, alternate cost of new HVAC Units, update of fire alarm devices, and selective replacement and repair of plumbing fixtures. Job Location 28 Snow Terrace, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603 Question Deadline 02/24/2025 Question Acceptance Deadline. Last Request for Information Due: 4 days prior to the due date of proposals Proposals May Not Be Withdrawn Until: 45 days after due date. Desired Construction Start: Not later than 7 days after Notice to Proceed Completion date is critical due to requirements of Owner's funding and the project must be completed prior to June 23, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time.
