Scope of Work: This Project Entails Construction of a New Rural Fire Station for the Town of Summit That is to Be Located on Horace Holmes Road Adjacent to Southwest Ms Community College. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities and to Reject Any or All Bids. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within 60 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. Each Bidder Must Include With His Proposal, a Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Five Percent of His Bid, Payable to Town of Summit, Mississippi, as Bid Security. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond Each in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. Each Bidder will call to the attention of the Architect any discrepancies in the Contract Documents or questions requiring clarification at least 72 hours before bid.
