Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Summit, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project will consist of four double tennis courts, post tension concrete slabs finished with Quality Court surfacing, lighting, canopy structures, fencing, sidewalks, and 3/4 water lines. The Owner reserves the right to waive any and/or all formalities or to reject any and/or all bids submitted. All bids must comply with applicable state laws of the State of Mississippi and shall include Contractors Certificate of Responsibility Number. Each Bidder shall write his Certificate of Responsibility Number on the outside of the sealed envelope containing his proposal. The contractor shall also supply general liability insurance coverage in the amount not less than $1 million dollars and Workmens Compensation Insurance within 25 days of the awarded contract.
