As of April 11, 2024, project was awarded to Probity Contracting Group but awarded amount is not available. New Baseball Grandstands, Southwest Mississippi Community College, Located at 1156 College Drive, Summit, Mississippi, 39666 A Single Bid Will Be Received for the Complete Project. The Bid Bond Shall Be Payable Unconditionally to Owner. Bids on the Project Must Be Received on or Before the Period Scheduled for the Project and No Bid May Be Withdrawn After the Scheduled Closing Time for the Project, for a Period of 45 Days. All Bids Submitted Must Comply With Requirements of Title 31, Chapter 3 (Sec.3131 Et Seq.) of Mississippi Code of 1972 as Amended. Award Will Be Made Based on the Lowest and Best Bid Received in Accordance With Title 31, Chapter 7 (Sec.31713 Et Seq.) of Mississippi Code of 1972 as Amended. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Informalities.
