The Statement of Qualifications shall listpast projects of similar size andnature, a list of references withname and telephone number,a list of key personnel who willperform the work, and otherinformation supporting the Bidder's qualifications. Awarding public contracts tonon-resident Bidders will be onthe same basis as the non-resident Bidder's state awardscontracts to Mississippi Contractors bidding under similarcircumstances. In order to ensure that Mississippi's so-calledGolden Rule is followed statelaw requires a non-resident bidder to attach to his bid a copyof his resident state's currentlaws pertaining to such state'streatment of non-resident contractors.
