**As of March 4, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project provides for the maintenance hole of select areas within Princeton. The principal items of work consist of the following: Installation of maintenance hole chimney seals; Rehabilitation, resetting, and rebuilding of maintenance holes; Chemical grout sealing of maintenance hole wall joints, base joints and pipe penetrations; and other related miscellaneous work. The project must be substantially completed in 300 calendar days. The entire project must be completed in 360 calendar days. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Municipal Clerk, Princeton, 400 Witherspoon Street, First Floor, Princeton, New Jersey 08540, and the outside of the envelope must be clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder, and the purpose of the bid: "MINI SYSTEM #35 MAINTENANCE HOLE REHABILITATION." Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check or bid bond of an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00, payable to Princeton. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
