Renovation of a municipal facility in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work so be performed generally includes modernization of ten passenger and/or service elevators in four buildings, namely, Health and Social Services, Watts, Hall of Justice and County Office Building. Each elevator is being modernized by retaining certain existing components while fully replacing other. Elevator work is covered by the Vertical Tranportation contract while General Construction, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical scope of work includes work associated with upgrading existing elevator machine rooms and other components to contemporary standards and codes.
