Renovation of a library in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Reference Number 0000403952 Building No. 7.11 This Project will proceed under (3) LUMP SUM Contract(s) as follows: General Construction, Mechanical Construction, and Electrical Construction. The scope of the work consists of improving indoor air quality for staff occupied spaces within the Rundel Memorial Library. This will include adding a dedicated outside air (DOAS) unit onto the roof, providing new registers and grilles, heat exchanger and pump work in the penthouse, as well as related supporting electrical and general contract needs to support the mechanical work. REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Program and waiver requirements; MWBE goals and waiver requirements; and Workforce Goals Requirements. This contract contains new requirements for NY State Wicks Law.
