Demolition and site work for a residential development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Reference Number 0000376972 This Demolition Package contains seventeen (17) structures. All seventeen (17) structures shall be bid and performed as "Controlled Demolitions with the Asbestos in Place." Demolition of these structures is a high priority, public safety matter, the City seeks to have the demolitions start immediately upon award of the contract(s) and have as many of the structures as possible completely demolished and cleared no later than May 9, 2025. For this reason, the City reserves the right to award multiple contracts based on the capacity of each bidder to complete structures awarded on or before May 9, 2025. This contract incorporates new MWBE and Workforce goal requirements, as required by Ordinance No. 2018-54. This contract has a 30% MWBE Goal, consisting of 20% M and 10% W. This contract has workforce goals of 20% M and 6.9% W. Participation Requirements - Minority Business Participation - Women-Owned Business Participation General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Bid Bond Per Property 500 $ Except for Public Works, any information relative to interpretation of specifications and drawings shall be requested of the Director of Purchasing, in writing.
