HHSC reserves the right to cancel this IFB at any time. Notice of the cancellation will be posted on the ESBD. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the ESBD frequently for notices regarding this IFB. Any contract resulting from this IFB will begin upon award and expire August 31, 2025. No Renewals The HHS Agency, at its sole option and subject to availability of funding, may extend the term of the Purchase Order or other Contract beyond the initial term and all exercised renewal periods for up to one (1) year as necessary to ensure continuity of service, to process a new IFB, to secure a new contract, for purposes of transition to a new Contractor, or as otherwise determined by the HHS Agency. This extension, if exercised, will require the Contractor to continue performing services in accordance with the Purchase Order Change Notice (POCN) or other Contract Amendment, Contract requirements and all terms and conditions.
