The Health and Human Services Commission ("Owner"), for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division ("HSCS"), is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals ("Proposals") for selection of a General Contractor ("Contractor") to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for Project , Roof Replacement for Building 550 at San Angelo State Supported Living Center (the "Project"), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Furnish and install a new 72-mil 'Feltback' fully adhered PVC membrane over new coverboard, insulation, and vapor retarder, with new PVC flashings and new sheet metal (fascia metal, perimeter metal, gutters, downspouts, counter-flashings, etc.) as shown per deck assemblies on drawings. Replace three trusses and repair decking. Perform all work as specified in accordance with the design drawings, specifications, and governing building codes. Include installation of roof access scaffolding for the duration of the construction project.
