Anticipated Design Professional service requirements include the services as listed in Item 3 below "Scope of Services". The shortlisted Design Professional firms are required to submit a fee proposal that also includes anticipated fees for any specialty consultants needed and all reimbursable expenses such as printing and travel in the Step II - Request for Proposals (RFP) phase The Design Professional's services are anticipated to commence immediately following Board of Regents approval of the appointment of the selected firm and contract execution with construction document completion required to meet an anticipated construction start date in May 2027 with material completion no later than the end of June 2028. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
