Precast Structure Supply - 6.1M and 9.1M Arches The scope of this work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: preliminary and detailed design, design engineering, drafting; all labour, equipment, and materials required for the fabrication of precast concrete structure units complete with reinforcing steel and inserts; provision of final design drawings complete with rigging diagram, storage support diagram; handling and transportation of units to the Department's Charlottetown Storage Yard, off-loading units at the Charlottetown Storage Yard; supply and delivery of waterproofing material; and all other incidentals required to fabricate, supply, deliver, and off-load complete precast concrete structures to the satisfaction of the Owner. The Contractor agrees to complete the work on or before 30 November 2025. The stipulated Bid Security amount shall be minimum two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000). a bid bond in the amount stipulated in Schedule A - Schedule of Special Provisions. The bond shall be from a surety company authorized to carry on business in Canada guaranteeing to supply a performance bond equal to 50% of the Contract value, excluding HST and a labour and material bond equal to 25% of the Contract value, excluding HST. a certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Contract value, excluding HST, which shall be retained until the warranty period (one (1) year after contract expiry date) has elapsed.
