Site work and renovation of a civil project in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project involves a comprehensive upgrade to the existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), including the supply, installation, and commissioning of a temporary electrical and control system to power the current wastewater treatment components, as well as a temporary sodium hypochlorite system. The existing process building will be demolished, and a new headworks, including automated screens, grit removal systems, and associated infrastructure, will be constructed. New SBR pumping stations, tanks, and a process building with UV disinfection and aeration systems will be built. Modifications to the Oxidation Ditch and installation of a new sanitary sump pump station are planned, along with the demolition of outdated WWTP infrastructure. Additionally, the project includes geotechnical investigations, yard piping, and the restoration of roads and landscaping. All inquires are to be submitted in writing to the appropriate contact.
