Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ladonia, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The Project consists of grading, constructing a concrete pathway, gravel parking lot, fencing, pavilion, and composting restroom. The Project generally consists of: 1. Proposed gravel parking lot with two concrete driveways connecting to existing asphalt pavement. 2. Approximately 480 linear feet of proposed concrete trail. 3. Approximately 161 linear feet of 18" RCP and four sloped headwalls. 4. Installation of wood post and cable fence, solar powered gates, green flush restroom, shade poligon structure, and kiosk. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check upon a national or state bank in an amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the Owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds within fifteen (15) days after notice of award of Contract to him. Such bid guarantee shall be made payable to UTRWD. The successful bidder must furnish a performance, payment, and maintenance bond upon the form provided in the amount of one hundred per cent (100%) of the contract price from an approved surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety, or other surety or sureties acceptable to the Owner. Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date. Within 60 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder or reject any or all bids or parts of bids for the project. The UTRWD reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding, to award the project deemed to be in the best interests of the UTRWD, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
