Work Package #12 - LRH Pump Station Civil project includes: A. Ditch Armoring along Pump Station Access Road including, but not limited to: 1. Seeding, Soil Retention Blanket, Articulated Concrete Block, Rip Rap, Misc. Treatment as called out in plans and specifications. 2. Culvert installation B. Site Civil 1. Misc. Site Grading 2. Site Sidewalks 3. Ribbon Curb 4. Asphalt Paving at Approaches C. RV Spot Construction 1. Concrete Paving 2. Asphalt Paving 3. Ribbon Curb 4. Restoration 5. RV Spot Utilities (Water, Wastewater) D. Site Sod/Seeding 1. Final Sodding as called out on plans. See specification 01 11 00 for additional information regarding the scope of work. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board. A bid security is not required for this project. Payment and performance bonds will be required by the selected contractor and the requirements are located in Specification 00 41 13 Proposal Form/Sample Contract. The Construction Manager reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
