Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Barriere, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The District of Barriere (Owner) invites Proposals, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), from Proponents for the Cluster C Wastewater Treatment Plant project. The Proponent is to include the following work that represents a base Proposal: Construct Pre-EQ, Post-EQ, SBR Concrete Tanks Constructing filtration building c/w interior framing, equipment, pluming, and electrical Install owner supplied equipment Construct control structure for discharge to infiltration trenches Modify existing piping within LS2 with new pumps Modify existing piping within headworks building Install pre-cast valve chambers Process, air and yard piping Electrical works c/w new MCC, transformer, panel, PLC and automatic transfer switch, generator c/w power and control wiring. Iterative disinfection of existing forcemain' Excavation, backfill, final grading, and paving Queries and requests for clarification related to this NRFP are to be submitted, in writing (via email) to the Owners Representative.
