The City of Anaheim is seeking Proposals for Aluminum & Copper Cables. INTRODUCTION The City of Anaheim ("City") Public Utilities Department ("APU") provides electric and water service to approximately 360,000 residents and 15,000 businesses located in Anaheim. The Central Purchasing Office ("CPO"), on behalf of APU, is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to qualified respondents. The primary objective is to procure aluminum and copper cables that meet the minimum qualifications, terms, and conditions as outlined in this RFP and comply with the Scope of Work and Specifications as well as any and all Attachments herein. The successful proposer shall furnish and deliver the aluminum and copper cables in its entirety based on the agreed upon timeline. After selecting a successful respondent, the City will negotiate an agreement that substantially conforms to the requirements stated in the attached Model Contract. Any Contract between the City and the successful respondent would take effect upon execution by both Parties. Questions Submission Deadline February 5, 2025, 2:00pm. Answers To Questions Posted: February 6, 2025, 5:00pm. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal at online.
