Question Deadline 04/03/2025-Bidders shall submit questions about bidding documents to Designer in writing. Questions shall be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid opening date. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The project consists of the renovation of the existing soccer fields at Pellissippi State Community Collegeís Hardin Valley Campus. Work includes the construction of one NJCAA regulation artificial turf soccer field and one natural grass practice field, along with associated field equipment. The project will also include a non-paved parking area, an ADA-compliant access route, an aluminum grandstand with an integrated press box, field lighting system, an irrigation system for the artificial and natural grass fields, and perimeter and barrier chain-link fencing. 2. Type of Contract: a. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashierís) made payable to State of Tennessee.
