Term Contract for Purchase and Installation of Carpet It is the intent of Fort Bend County to contract with one (1) vendor for all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, labor and supervision necessary to provide and install carpet as specified herein for county departments as needed. The term of this contract is April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026, renewable annually for four (4) years (through 31 March 2030) under the same terms and conditions if mutually agreeable by both parties. Either party for any reason may terminate this contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice of the intent to terminate. All addendums will be posted electronically. Unit pricing required; payment will be by check. Bonds are not required. Fort Bend County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any and all interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the contract documents which will be posted electronically.
