Valley Parkway Arterial Mill and Overlay Project, and Clare Road Arterial Mill and Overlay Project The work consists of the following: Concrete mill and asphalt overlay on Valley Parkway (Cedar Creek Parkway to 103rd Terrace) including base and subgrade repairs (as needed), concrete curb and sidewalk replacement, installation of ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, and placement of pavement markings. Asphalt mill and overlay on Clare Road (1000' south of 114th Street to College Boulevard) including base and subgrade repairs (as needed), concrete curb and sidewalk replacement, installation of ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, installation of an 8' wide shared use path in select locations on the west side of Clare Road, signal detection replacement, and placement of pavement markings.
