Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Naples, Utah. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Naples City is requesting proposals from a qualified Civil Engineering firm to provide professional engineering services for the design and construction of the 2500 S, 1500 E - 2000 E project. This Project will entail design and construction /rehabilitation of the street widening the roadway width, adding curb and gutter, and sidewalk infrastructure along 2500 S between its intersection with 1500 E and 2000 E. The engineering scope of the project will include the planning, design, and construction of improvements, while ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations and standards. The selected engineering firm will be responsible for working with city Council and city staff in the process of Planning, surveying, design, development of construction plans, revenue source assistance, bidding assistance, construction oversight, utilities and final inspection. Engineering firms responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must provide a comprehensive submission that demonstrates their qualifications, experience and ability to deliver the project. Proposals must be well-organized, concise and address all of the requirements outlined in his RFP.
