Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a industrial development; and for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
Scope of Work and Contract Time review: Contract duration – 180 days. Contract review approximately 30 days, so mid-January 2026. Scope is a new 5,000 SF Poultry barn preengineered metal building for raising broiler chickens in a research environment. Demo of existing incinerator, putting in new gas line for future incinerator (owner provided), hookups for future walk-in freezer (owner provided), trench drains for manure run-off with collection tank for owner collection, ventilation and heat system for poultry, control panel for biosystems and watering, hot water availability to ceiling mount hoses, hand sink, ADA bathroom with shower system, (2) split HVAC for control room and battery cage room. Communication and Data connected to campus with new fiber conduit. Add alternates: (1) (1) loading dock and (2) asphalt top coat.
