Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County is seeking quotations for the construction of in-ground lift replacements. The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, removing existing in-ground vehicle lifts and replacing them with a new ECO 90-13-3.25 Stertil-Koni scissor style vehicle lift. There are two phases outlined in the Deliverables: Phase 1: Bay 10 at Strathcona Public Service Yard (SPSY), located at 370 Streambank Ave, Sherwood Park, AB, and Optional Phase 2: Bay 4 at Fleet Services Transit Operations Building, located at 200 Streambank Ave, Sherwood Park, AB.
