On-Call Consulting Services for Materials Testing Soil, Asphalt and Concrete Material Testing. In accordance with the Town of Hempstead's Procurement Policy and Procedures, the Department of Engineering of the Town of Hempstead (hereinafter referred to as "the Town") is seeking proposals from qualified Material Testing Companies, subject to Town Board approval, the be performed on an on-call basis for a two year period from the date the contract is executed. Contract term: 2 years Location: Unincorporated Areas within the Town of Hempstead Date for Questions from Respondents: February 14, 2025 Date for Response to Respondents' Questions: February 21, 2025 The Town reserves the right to negotiate the fees per On-Call task. The Town also reserves the right to subdivide individual tasks and award one or more portions to one firm and other portions to one or more other firms. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals either in whole or in part. Respondents will not be reimbursed for costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
