The Town of Atlantic Beach has the following Open Bids, Request for Qualifications (RFQ), or Request for Proposals (RFP) that qualified bidders are encouraged to review: New Bern Street Beach Access Bathhouse Septic System Replacement (177 New Bern Street) The Town of Atlantic Beach is conducting an Informal Bid process (NC G.S. 143-131) to demo the existing septic system and replace with a new septic system at the New Bern Street Beach Access Bathhouse located at 177 New Bern Street, Atlantic Beach, NC. he prospective bidder must comply with North Carolina General Contractor Regulations (N.C. General Statutes 87-1). Additionally, each bidder must provide proof of liability and workers' compensation insurance with their bid. The Town requests a proposal of costs to demo the existing septic system and install a new the septic system as stated in the attached documentation. Please provide a lump sum price that includes any mobilization, disposal, transportation and all other costs necessary to perform this scope of work. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award contract or contracts which, in the opinion of The Town of Atlantic Beach, appear to be in its best interest. The right is reserved to hold any or all Bids for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening thereof. The bidder deemed to provide the best value to the Town will be awarded the contract.
