Asphalt Emulsions Calhoun County is seeking bids for asphalt emulsions for use by the Calhoun County Road Department (CCRD) in Marshall, MI for seal coating and spray patching. CCRD used approximately 465,236 gallons in 2023-2024 and estimates their 2025 usage at 350,000 gallons. The length of the proposed contract will be for a one-year term, commencing on the date of award, with the option to renew for one year upon mutual agreement by both parties. Bid prices shall remain firm for the course of this contract.
