2025 Road Gravel Application. Approximately 10,000 - 15,000 yards to be applied to designated roads. Municipality supplies gravel, pits located NE 3-26-14 W3 (Hintze Pit) & SE 10-26-14 W3 (Elliott Pit) for South Divisions and SE 12-31-10 W3 (Botkin Pit) for North Divisions. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender not necessarily be accepted. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any tender may be rejected which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time before execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality. Business related references shall accompany the tender. Personal references will not be considered. If prices are similar, preference will be given to contractors whom have an established relationship with the Municipality. The RM will sustain damages if the Contractor fails to complete the work by July 31, 2025. Damages will be assessed at $250.00/day.
