Site work for a water / sewer project in Texarkana, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of the placement of approximately220LF of 12" CERTA-LOK Water Pipe. 245LF of 8" PVC Water Pipe. 200LF of 12" Ductile Iron Sewer Pipe. 2 Manholes, 2 Fire Hydrants, Tapping saddles & valves, Erosion Control, Seeding and all associated work and appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with state law. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
