This work shall be at various locations throughout Tuscola County or state highways under the maintenance jurisdiction of the Tuscola County Road Commission. This work shall include all necessary labor, equipment, and material to place HMA to the depth specified, and compacting the material to achieve the required density for a complete installation. Quantities shown are estimates and are subject to increase or decrease by the Engineer. Changes in quantities will not change unit prices as bid. Some projects are to be constructed in coordination with work by other Contractors, or Tuscola County Road Commission Crews. The contractor awarded these projects will cooperate by scheduling their work with the other crew(s) accordingly. October 15th, 2025 Completion Date. All work shall be completed within the Seasonal Limitations as specified by the 2020 MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to re-advertise or to accept the proposal, that in their opinion, is in the best interest of Tuscola County.
