Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Caro, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
"Contractors must contact the engineer directly to receive an un-watermarked set to be eligible to bid." Construction of a new municipal parking lot to provide additional parking for the downtown. Proposed parking lot work will include curbing, HMA paving, storm sewer, decorative lighting, landscaping, and other related site work. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 1,740 Syd Aggregate Base 480 Ton HMA Pavement 775 Ft Concrete Curb and Gutter 2,840 Sft Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway 424 Ft Storm Sewer and Five Structures City of Caro, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
