Reference Number : 0000375010 The City of Peoria is seeking proposals to rehabilitate a publicly owned residential building by qualified individuals, neighborhood associations, nonprofits, or development firms. ABOUT THE PROPERTY - The City of Peoria Land Bank owns a single-family house located at 3621 NE Brevis St. The 1-bedroom, 1bath, 1 story cottage style house is approximately 796 sq ft., and zoned R-4. The property was obtained in an abandoned state and has sat vacant for multiple years. There are presently no active utilities at the house. The property will be sold AS IS and may contains volume of personal belongings and debris. All construction will need to fully comply with all applicable City building and zoning codes. Question Deadline 02/17/2025 at 5:00 PM CT AVAILABLE PROJECT DETAILS - The work to be performed at the property identified below includes furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and services required and necessary to perform and complete the construction work described herein. The Proposal should include a list of contractors to be used at the site. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors must be properly licensed by the City of Peoria or the State of Illinois. Work by unlicensed contractors is prohibited. The RFP will be awarded to the proposal that is in the best interest of the City, based on the given requirements and specifications. Responses will be scored according to the given scoring matrix and awarded based on that scoring model. The City reserves the right to waive technicalities and accept the proposal that best suits its needs. posers may withdraw their responses at any time prior to the RFP closing time by telephone, fax, or written request. A telephone request must be confirmed in writing within 24 hours of the call and prior to closing time. No proposer shall withdraw their response for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the RFP opening date. Negligence on the part of the proposer in preparing a response to the RFP confers no right of withdrawal or modification of a proposal after it has been opened. No proposal will be opened which has been received after the closing time specified in the RFP and it will be returned unopened to the proposer. ** Bid date info : Electronic Option - Bids can also be submitted electronically through online Only one (1) copy is needed.
