The 341st Contracting Squadron is contemplating a solicitation to remove, replace, and repairdesignated livestock gates as directed by the Government. Where property owners have wire overgates, the fence line shall be cut, and new gates will be installed. Moreover, if a fence line isencountered where no gate is erected, the Government may direct the Contractor to cut the fenceand install a gate or repair the fence with a splice after the work party has proceeded thru the cuton the right-of-way, install fluorescent delineator coil, and metal Government Number Tags- ifexisting then transfer to new post. The project worksites will be grouped in such a manner that allgates will be completed in one flight before starting the next flight to keep mobilization distancesto less than 10 miles between gates. The 341st Missile Complex consists of 15 flights containedwithin a 160-mile radius of Great Falls, MT. The Contracting Officer (C.O.) or their designatedrepresentative will designate and mark the gates to be replaced by GPS Coordinates or othermeans. Work consists of Furnishing all labor, material and equipment and perform required workto accomplish the above tasks. Potential contractors must also have current OnlineRepresentations and Certification Application on file with SAM. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238990, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The Government is contemplating a Requirements type contract with a base year plus up to an additional 4 years, the expected magnitude of the contract would be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Government is interested in 8(a) Small Businesses capable of meeting requirements identified in paragraph 2 above for 8(a) Small Businesses that are interested in performing this requirement. The Government requests that interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size) to include business status as a Small, 8(a) Business, with any anticipated teaming arrangements (if any) and a description of similar services offered to the government and to commercial customers. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the Prime Contractor and work accomplished by the teaming partners. All responses must also include a statement that the company holds all required certifications and licenses to perform this type of work or can obtain them prior to award of a contract especially in the State of Montana.
