This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the "Township") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Cemeteries Maintenance, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). Loyalist Township is calling for quotes for regular maintenance of five (5) Mainland cemeteries and two (2) Amherst Island cemeteries, for three (3) seasons (May 1st to December 31st) starting on May 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027, with an option in favour of the Township to renew, for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The bidder must ensure that they are capable of fulfilling the requirements of this project with both equipment and personnel resources. Question Deadline: Fri Feb 14, 2025 4:00:00 PM (EST)
