Renovation of a municipal facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Upgrading the electrical service at City Hall to accommodate new HVAC equipment necessary for the building. Upgrades include but are not limited to. relocating all HVAC equipment from the basement level to the roof, installing a new rooftop chiller, 125K.V generator set, and running a new 3000-amp feed from the existing OG&E transformer vault, relocating the main distribution panel to the first floor Maintenance Hall, replacement of the transformer feed and conduits to accommodate the new feeds. The Consultant will also be required to provide a detailed plan for the new equipment to ensure minimal power outages during the Project All questions must be submitted through Periscope by 10:00 a.m. on February 11, 2025. Answers to the questions will be posted in Periscope by 10:00 a.m. on February 14, 2025. The City and its Trust reserve the right to award the Contract(s) or not and to revise the Scope of Services and/or the Project scope or description, as may be in the best interest ofthe City or Trust.
