Bid Bond or Other Security: For projects exceeding $100,000, security in the form of a cashier's check or certified check from a federally insured institution, a surety bond from a company authorized in Oklahoma, or irrevocable letter of credit from a federally insured institution in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany the bid submission. After the bid opening, OCCC will release the bid securities except those of the three lowest bidders.
