Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacement - Phase III Q&A End Date:Mar 19, 2025 6:00:00 PM EDT Estimated Amount: $7,974,750.00 Contract duration: 205 days All other requirements of the pre-qualification ordinance (working in a public right-of-way) are not waived. In lieu of pre-qualification, Bidder is required to submit other evidence of knowledge and experience relating to Bidder's ability to perform the work required for this project. A cashier's check, certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety bond payable to the OKLAHOMA CITY AIRPORT TRUST in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany the bid of each Bidder. Bid Security will be returned to unsuccessful Bidders. The Bidder shall forfeit its bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount for failure to deliver to the Airport Trust a properly executed agreement, bonds, and certificate(s) of insurance within ten (10) days of written notification of the Award of Contract to Bidder. The Trust may require up to one hundred twenty (120) days from receipt of bids to award of contract. Award of contract is contingent upon the Trust's receipt of a Federal grant for this project.
