Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Buffalo, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,966-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
As of March 24, 2025, all trades have been awarded EXCEPT Electrical, which has been released under a separate listing. The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Wright County, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Demolition/Earthwork/Utilities, Exterior Improvements, Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry including Pre-Engineered Metal Building, Sectional Doors, Aluminum Frame & Glazing, Flooring, Tile, Acoustical Treatments, Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection, Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC and Electrical/Communication. Construction is anticipated to start April 2025 and complete November 2025. Bids may not be withdrawn or modified within forty-five (45) days after the closing time and date.
