The Town of Cheshire is seeking bids from qualified, responsible contractors for performing all work associated with the reconstruction of Industrial Avenue ("Project") to an industrial standard. Work includes, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, tools and other items required to fully perform the demolition, erosion control, earth excavation, filling, site grading, replace and/or reset drainage & utility structures, paving, and restoration of disturbed areas. The successful bidder shall furnish security covering the faithful performance of the Contract (the "Performance Security"). The Performance Security shall be in the form of a surety bond for the full amount of the contract, and in a form reasonably acceptable to the Town.
