Site work for a civil project in Merritt Island, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of a structural support replacement of an elevated concrete slab between the digester and biosolids tank at Sykes Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility. It includes a structural design of aluminum WF 8 x 11.8 beams and columns (total of 59.3 linear feet), as well as an aluminum 6 x 4 x 12 angle support (total of 17.3 linear feet). The project involves using the beam and columns to provide support on one side of the slab and the angle provides support on the other; and all other incidentals including demolition necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
