Renovation of a water / sewer project in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Your pricing proposal must be submitted on the enclosed Attachment A (Pricing Sheet). Your Bid Proposal should include terms, availability, firm price and FOB delivery to the respective Huntsville Utilities service area. Huntsville Utilities reserves the right to consider alternative pricing proposals. Huntsville Utilities' Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (Attachment B) are also included in the bid documents. Vendor specified terms or conditions which would preclude bid rejection will not be renegotiated after the bid opening. Please address any other questions to jim.lawson@hsvutil.org. Proposals submitted in response to this Invitation for Bid must remain in effect for a minimum period of 60 days following the bid opening date. Huntsville Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to evaluate and accept any bid, which in Huntsville Utilities' sole opinion, offers the most acceptable services to Huntsville Utilities. submit a quotation to supply Huntsville Utilities with the replacement the worm gear speed reducer and motor for South Parkway Water Treatment Plant (14000 Memorial Parkway SW, Huntsville, AL 35803) and Southwest Water Treatment Plant (255 Wall Triana Hwy, Madison, AL 35756) flocculator systems. . Bids without the proper bid opening information will not be opened nor considered for award. For window envelopes, this information must be visible.
