Delta Community Developers Corp. ("DCDC"), and its related "DCDC affiliates" now or hereafter created (collectively referred to as "DCDC") are seeking proposals seeking qualified electric vehicle (EV) charging station(s) entities ("Providers") to enter into a Site Host Agreement to deploy public and private electric vehicle charging infrastructures at various DCDC communities. Each project will be determined on a project-by-project basis. The selected Proposer will be required to implement a program that would enable public and/or restrictive EV Charging Station access. Services would be provided on a 24-hour, 365-day-a-year (full-time) basis with sufficient resources and personnel to successfully support and maintain the program. NOTICE OF HUD SECTION 3 ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY: This may be a Section 3 covered project and may be subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. DCDC encourages participation by certified HUD Section 3 businesses, as well as, minority-owned and women-owned businesses, and disabled veteran business enterprises. Contract Period: DCDC anticipates that it will award a contract for a period of ten (10) years maximum. However, DCDC shall retain the right to contract with the successful proposer for any amount of time that, in the opinion of DCDC, it takes to conclude any matter that the successful proposer may begin work on within the noted ten (10) year contract period.
