The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin, Delta Community Developers Corp. ("DCDC"), and its related "DCDC affiliates" now or hereafter created (collectively referred to as "Authority") are seeking qualifications from Civil Engineering and Surveyors ("Proposers") to perform engineering services on an as-needed basis for various Authority owned and/or managed properties, and future properties related to ongoing upgrades and new building designs. The qualifications of the proposed Engineer(s) are important factors in the Authority's RFQ evaluation process. The Authority intends to form a pool of proposers to draw from on an as-needed basis and retains the right to contract with any proposer(s) resulting from this RFQ. The initial term of the contract is one (1) year with four (4) optional one-year renewals (up to a five-year maximum term). All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to online by 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the bidding.
