Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,533-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The contractor shall construct the new Emergency Operations Center to full turn-key completion in accordance with the provided Issued for Tender Drawings and Specifications outlined in Appendix E - Drawings and Specifications. The construction shall include but is not limited to: Civil work Structural work Steel work Concrete work All plumbing and required electrical work including fixtures and city tie-ins All required HVAC and mechanical work All flooring, wall and ceiling finishes All exterior finishes including roofing and siding All required millwork All sound reduction work and materials Required Permits Documents can be obtained from https://prrd-bc.bonfirehub.ca/ Question Deadline 03/03/2025 at 3:00 PM PT in writing by email to the ITT Contact on or before the Deadline for Questions. All questions or comments submitted by bidders by email to the ITT Contact shall be deemed to be received once the email has entered into the ITT Contact's email inbox.
