Question Acceptance Deadline - 2025/02/21 02:00:00 PM EST This Request for Proposal is being issued by Humber to obtain Proposals from qualified Proponent(s) to provide Architectural Consulting and/or Prime Consulting services on an "as and when requested" basis. It is Humber's intention to identify a roster of approximately five (5) Vendors of Record (VOR) for the Contract Period. 1. Executive Summary Humber wishes to retain the services of Architectural Consulting firms to provide services on an "as and when requested" basis. It is Humber's intention to identify a roster of approximately five (5) Vendors of Record (VOR) for the Contract Period. The Vendors of Record for Architectural Consulting Services are intended for use on small and medium scale architectural projects that may include feasibility studies, space planning, renovations and new construction. The projects may be located in and around Humber's North, and Lakeshore, Campuses, in the provinces of Ontario. The scope of work, scheduling, budget and nature of work will vary from project to project. Furthermore, the building types involved are typically post-secondary educational but may also be residential, retail/commercial and other. All projects using the Architectural Consulting Services Vendors of Record will be managed by Humber's Capital Development and Facilities Management (CDFM) department. 2. The Architectural Consulting Services are required for anticipated construction budgets' ranging between $50,000 and $5,000,000. 3. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation for prospective Vendors: to submit a Proposal for Architectural Consulting Services Vendors of Record (VOR) as described in this Document.
